A loon, a hawk, an owl. Their call reminds me that language is unnecessary. We express, we feel, we live and we die. The distant call reminds me I am not alone.

What better way to let everything in life slip away except for the breath. In and out, heart and mind connected, upward bound, one foot in front of the other, until there is no where left to go but down.
